Lovely helpful staff and plenty of food choice. Salad is delicious and ice cream factory and unlimited drinks are amazing! Love it here! 🍕

Food was Good, waitress was lovely, but we didn't get too much attention from the staff, especially when we were leaving

Frankie & Benny's

Flowerdown Retail Park, Aisecome Way, Weston-super-Mare BS22 8FD, UK – 01934 637739

Bar staff were great, drinks as everywhere else were good. Dough balls as a snack were abysmal, not "fresh from the oven" but actually re-heated dried bread. For near on £5, it is shocking. How do you get dough balls wrong? Lobster bisque maybe, it's complex. Will go back for the rum and coke in a Don Draper tumbler and cool bar tenders though. Dough ball fail, really !?

Came for an early dinner today because I got a voucher sent through my email for a free main course. Arrived at the restaurant and there were only 3 other tables occupied, so it was very very quiet. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken straight away. Our food Arrived, freshly cooked within 15 minutes of ordering. We were very pleased with the service and with how quickly we were served, although I suspect once it's busier service may be a little longer (as you would expect). Our only small issue was that as a young, childless couple we were seated surrounded by families with children! Obviously it is a personal preference and I suppose we could have asked to be moved. It just seemed odd as the restaurant was empty! Children at the end of the summer holidays waiting to go back to school aren't exactly what you want to be a sat between when you come for a quiet meal.
